Abstract
The objective of the research were : to characterize the physiological and genetic variation of Trichoderma isolates. This research consisted of 2 steps : 1) Study of physiological character used 15 Trichoderma isolates. Parameters observed were: the potential of conidia germination , the colony diameter and temperatur influence to conidia germination. 2) Study of genetic characters use Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA-Polymerase Chain reaction (RAPD-PCR ) that amplicatd with four primers (OPA 2, OPA 17, OPB-05 and Primer 2). Analysis result of genetic variation of Trichoderma make as dendrogram. The result of the research indicated that Trichoderma spp had the great physiological and genetic variation, S6 and T1 isolates had the physiological character were better than the others. Trihoderma isolates ftom the same region not always had the same genetic profile.
