Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the dynamics of religion coulturation process, and contribution of islamic culture in minangkabau world. This reserch was written based on historical method with cultural historu approach. Historically islamic shows its significant contribution and influences in minangkabau " adat" way of life, architecture, literature and way of thingking.
