Abstract
Every society has own system in classifiying its enviroment . This can be seen from its vocabulary. In term of position, Minangkabau language has some terminologies. Based on the research, it seems that position terminologies can be formed with noun and adjective. Syntatically this lexem could function as preditate, adverb , and attribute.
