Abstract
A stroke recipient beside having paralysed, often has a symptom of aphasia. The aphasia disfunction is indicate through the verbal expression such as phonological, lexical, syntactic, or pragmatic. Based on the speech teraphy, it is found that the degree of aphasia of a stroke recepient decreases or he recuperates gradually, but his memory decreases compared to his health condition before having stroke.
