Abstract
The objective of this research is to find out the best of condition and a long time of cell for co-culture in incubation without CO2 5% system. The cattle oocytes were collected from slaughterhouse, after that it was matured and fertilization by in vitro. The fertilized oocytes were cultured with two treatment, there are two treatment: the first of treatment was two condition co-cultur (fresh and frozen) and the second was a long time co-culture (1, 2, and 3 days). The cell line used in this experiment were oviduct cell The number of embryo development in cleavage, eight cell, and morula stages for its treatments were observed every 48 hours. The data were analyzed by factorial 2 x 3 in Completely Randomyzed Design. The result of this research showed that condition and a long time co-culture in the the oviduct cell were not significant for development the embryos stages were produced in incubation without CO2 5% system.
