Abstract

The main products of cashew are cashew nut, CNSL and cashew apple. Cashew nut is the important product of South East Sulawesi. The problem on processing crude cashew nut is getting method of pell off the cashew nut. Based from that problems, the research about kacip appli- cation was conducted in Watulea village from January to February 1999 . Result indicated that farmers have a good skill using kacip to pell off the cashew nut and this condi- tion refers to processing result with bulky level only 10%.
