Abstract
HMO method was employed to study the metabolits of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), bay and antibay epoxides. Result of calculations of 69 PAHs indicated that those PAHs were carcinogen when the E values of the bay and antibay epoxides were in the range o.f 0,1350 to 0.4750 and 0,0600 to 0,4100 respectively (E rule). This rule did not increase the correlation bentween compulation and experiment result, due to cyclic Jacobi used in the program had a limit, a 27 x 27 matrix.
